PHOTOCHEMICAL
Photo-Glass-Reactor is planted inside a multipurpose flow reactor, to prevent exposure to harmful-light. Photo-Glass-Reactor consist of Quartz thermowell, Quartz cooling coils, and Quartz Heat Exchangers etc.
Photo-Glass-Reactor Immersion Well are double-walled vessels made of Quartz glass. Inlet and outlet tubes are provided for air or water cooling. One tube passes down to the bottom of the well. The spacing between the walls permits passing of solutions or gases for reducing secondary photochemical reactions of product.
Photo-flow-reactor reaction capillary tube are cylindrical, made up of high purity PFA, fitted over the Quartz thermowell etc. Convectional laboratory stands/clamps are used to support the flask.
ELECTROCHEMICAL CONTINUOUS-FLOW REACTOR
Microreactors offer high surface-to-volume ratios and enable precise control over temperature, residence time, flow rate, and pressure. Our designed electrochemical reactor compromises of a heating plate which can rise the temperature max. upto 2000C. In addition, efficient mixing, enhanced mass and heat transfer, and handling of small volumes lead to simpler scaling-up protocols and minimize safety concerns. Electrolysis under flow conditions reduces the possibility of overoxidation, as the reaction mixture is continuously flown out of the reactor in contrast to traditional batch-type electrolysis cells.
